Is there a mobile app to download?
There is nothing to download. Invoice Office runs in your phone’s browser, which means no app store, no installs and no updates to keep on top of. If you want it a tap away, add a shortcut to your home screen from your browser’s menu.
Does Invoice Office work offline?
No. It is an online application, so you need an internet connection to use it. That connection can be anywhere — a client’s office, an airport, your kitchen table — but work is not stored on the device for offline use.
Which devices and operating systems are supported?
Any device with a modern browser: phones, tablets, laptops and desktops, on Windows, macOS, Android or iOS. There is no plugin to install and no separate mobile edition to choose between.
Can I track time from my phone?
Yes. Timesheet rows have a start/stop timer you can run from the same screens on a phone, so hours are logged as they happen rather than estimated afterwards.
Can I photograph a receipt and add it to my administration?
Yes. You can attach a photo of a receipt — or a PDF — to a purchase directly from your phone, so expenses are captured while you still have the paperwork in your hand.
Can my customer approve a quote on their phone?
Yes. Quotes can be opened, approved and signed by the customer in their own browser, without an account and without installing anything.
