Invoice Office has added a link with the Chamber of Commerce. It lets you quickly look up a company’s address details and its Chamber of Commerce number based on the company name, and it speeds up creating an invoice once you have created a customer and project. Manually searching for a Chamber of Commerce number is a thing of the past.
The advantages of the Chamber of Commerce link
- No need to look up and add the Chamber of Commerce number manually.
- A search function for companies, so you do not have to type the name in full — and you know it is spelled correctly.
- The Chamber of Commerce number is added automatically, based on the company name.
- The address data loads automatically once you have selected the company through the link.
- Creating an invoice is quick once the customer and project exist.
How it works in practice
Click Contacts in the menu, then Create customer, and select the company when you search under Company name.
