What do I need to start?
Invoice Office is an online program. The only thing you need to start is a working internet connection and an internet browser.
Are there any costs to try it out?
No. You can use the full version of Invoice Office for free. The free account is limited to three invoices and one user per month. You can upgrade to a paid account later, whenever you want the additional features.
Are there conditions or obligations to a free account?
None. There are no conditions attached to the free package and you can use it for as long as you like.
We offer it because we know how challenging it is to start and run a business, and we are happy to help you on your way.
How do I upgrade to a paid account?
There are several ways to pay for an upgrade: automatic payments, credit card, or iDEAL.
Can I stop when I want, and what happens to my data?
You can stop at any time, with no extra costs and no conditions. The notice period is one month.
Your data stays yours — you keep access to your account, so nothing is lost when you stop. The only restriction is that you can no longer use the functions of a paid package.
